Can you supply bathroom products not shown on your website?
We are able to supply a large number of bathroom products, not all of which are on our website. Should you require any bathroom items not shown, please email us at info@thebathroomemporium.com or telephone us on 01524 752 929 and we will do our best to source them for you.
Do I need to consider the different shades of white when choosing my bathroom suite?
You will sometimes find a small difference in the shades of white on the toilets and basins. If you are considering buying a toilet and basin from different manufacturers, and you are concerned about whether they will match, please contact us via email at info@thebathroomemporium.com or telephone 01524 752 929 and we will be happy to advise you. You do not need consider the shades of white when choosing a bath to match your toilets and basins because the bath will not be manufactured from the same material as the toilets and basins and so will reflect the light slightly differently, as such you will not notice a colour difference.
Are your baths supplied with tap holes?
Many of our acrylic baths are supplied without tap holes, which will be stated in the product description. Drilling the tap holes is something that any experienced bathroom fitter will be happy to do for you. If you are choosing a steel baths or cast iron baths you will need to select the right number of tap holes, as these baths cannot be drilled by your bathroom fitter.
Where can I find technical information for my bathroom products?

Do the prices on your website include VAT?
Yes, all of our prices include VAT at the current rate.
How long is your bathroom sale on for?
We try to offer the best possible discount on all of our bathroom products at all times. At certain times of the year we do offer additional discounts which will be advertised on the website as they occur.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes, you can place your order by telephone. Please contact us on 01524 752 929 and we will be happy to process your order for you.
Is the price different if I order by telephone?
No, we are able to offer the internet sale prices over the telephone.
Does the price of my bath include the taps and waste (plug)?
The prices of our baths do not include the taps and wastes unless stated. Where possible, we have added suggested options at the bottom of the product description page to advise you of our most popular combinations. Alternatively, we have a wastes and ancillaries section and a taps and mixer taps section that will show all available options.
Does the price of my basin include the taps and wastes (plug)?
The prices of our basins do not include the taps and wastes. We have a wastes and ancillaries section and a taps and mixer taps section that will show all available options.
Does the price of my toilet include the seat and cover?
Most of our toilets include the price of the seat and cover unless there is more than one seat available. Each product description states whether the seat and cover is included, and where it is not we have added suggested options to advise you of the most popular combinations. We also have a toilets seats section that shows a wide range of the toilets seats we have available.
Does the price of my shower enclosures include the shower tray?
Most of our shower enclosures do not include the shower tray, unless stated. Where possible we have added suggested options to the product description pages to show the most popular combinations. We also have a shower trays section to show the shower trays available.
When I do need to pay for my bathroom suite?
All internet orders need to be paid for in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment by all major credit cards, or by cheque. Please be aware that if payment is made by cheque you will need to allow time for the cheque to clear before your order will be processed.
Can I add items to my bathroom order?
Should you wish to add items to your bathroom order we are able to send all items together providing that your original order has not yet been despatched, and to waive the delivery charge where applicable. Please advise us of your original order number when placing further orders.
What are the lead times for my bathroom products?
Every product page on our website shows an approximate lead time. Whilst we do our best to ensure that all lead times quoted are accurate, we cannot guarantee that your goods will be delivered within this time frame. Where you have ordered more than one item, the longest lead time quoted will apply to your order.
When will my bathroom be delivered?
As soon as we have all your bathroom products in stock in our warehouse, our despatch team will contact you to advise you of your delivery date.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Should you require a specific delivery date, please advise us of this at the time of order. We will do our best to accommodate this date, although we cannot guarantee that all dates will be possible.
How much does delivery cost?
Our deliveries are charged at £10.00 for small items such as taps, rising to a maximum charge of £39.00 for bulky items such as baths. Should you require a precise delivery charge for your bathroom products, please place the items into a shopping basket which will calculate your delivery charge for you. If your order totals £999.00 or above, your delivery will be free of charge. Please note that for deliveries outside of mainland UK postcodes, and for northern Scotland and Northern Ireland, we may contact you and request a further delivery charge.
Do you deliver bathroom products outside of the UK?
We are able to arrange deliveries to Ireland at a charge of £60.00. For deliveries outside of the UK and Ireland, please contact us via email at info@thebathroomemporium.com stating the products you wish to order and the postcode of your delivery address.
Am I able to collect my bathroom products?
Should you wish to collect your bathroom products, collections can be made from our showroom address,
